Pucca vs Kacha Bigha
In UP and Rajasthan, Pucca Bigha = 27,225 sq ft (standard). Kacha Bigha = 20 Biswa = 20 × 1,361.25 = 27,225 sq ft. The two are equal in most modern use. Older records may use Kacha measurement which differs.
